Let’s start the benchmark, we are using AMD Ryzen 5 3600X overclocked to 4.40GHz all cores for better performance. We are assessing performance in,
• 3D Mark Fire Strike
• 3D Mark Time Spy
• Assassin’s Creed Odyssey
As you see above in AIDA64, the memory read speed is 44909MB/s along with memory write speed is 25538MB/s, memory copy speed is 42800MB/s and memory latency rate 76.4 nanoseconds (lower is better).
CPU and Gaming Performance:
Now we start the CPU and gaming tests. We used AIDA64 for only memory benchmark and now we use other tools stated above for processor and gaming performance with this memory.
Cinebench Release 20 by Maxon, Cinebench 20 shows the AMD Ryzen 5 3600X with Teamgroup T-Force Delta RGB DDR4 (2x8GB) 16GB 3200MHz score at all CPU’s cores are 3686 points and per single core are 502 points. The multiplier ratio is 7.35. This version of Cinebench does not include GPU benchmark option.
Handbrake is a useful tool of encoding and decoding video clips. In Handbrake, we encode a gameplay video clip of Metro Exodus 1440p 60FPS MP4 file to H.264 M4V file. Presets are “Very Fast 1080p 30fps Modified” and the video duration is 11 seconds and size is 68.2MB. 3D Mark Fire Strike:
3D Mark Fire Strike by UL Benchmark is a popular PC benchmark software and a very CPU intensive; I recommend you to stop all background tasks before use this. The results are shown above that graphics total score is 8360 points includes test 1 hits 42.93 FPS and test 2 hits 31.51 FPS, total physics score is 19620 points includes physics test shows 62.29 FPS, the combined score (includes graphics and physics) is 4462 points that contains combined test 20.75 FPS. Total Fire Strike score is 8349 points.
3D Mark Time Spy:
The 3D Mark Time Spy is also a family member of UL Benchmark. Like Fire Strike the results are here shows graphics score 13525 points which includes test 1 hits 89.17 FPS and test 2 hits 76.77 FPS and CPU score is 7209 points includes its test shows 24.22 FPS. The all over Time Spy score is 11954 points.
Assassin’s Creed Odyessey:
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey a masterpiece from Ubisoft, is a massive open world adventure fantasy title, you can explore all over the ancient Greek world. Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is very hardware intensive game from Assassin’s Creed series. You need a high-end PC to run this game in ultra-settings for 60FPS. You can see the results from in game benchmark, the graphic settings are maxed out at 1440p 144Hz. The average frames per seconds are 67, minimum hits 22 and maximum achieve 150. The V-Sync here is off in benchmark because I have 144Hz monitor, but I recommend adaptive V-Sync for 60Hz monitors for gameplay because this title barely hits constant 60FPS all over in game, so when the game hits more than 60fps the adaptive V-Sync moved fps back to 60 and removed tearing and in reverse when hits low fps it helps to boost the FPS to avoid stuttering. Overall, the results here are good at that system specifications.
