EVGA product manager Jacob Freeman has posted a tweet stating that the GTX 1080 Ti Hybrid FTW3 will finally be available on the 10th of July.
The Hybrid was being delayed for unknown reasons but now the release date has been confirmed. Pricing and availability werent revealed but he confirmed that it will be purchasable directly from EVGA’s site.
The Hybrid line up of GPUs sit between air-cooled models and full cover water block models from EVGA. The closed loop employed is a Asetek design AIO which cools the GPU core, while the memory and VRM are cooled by a heatsink and blower style fan. All of this is covered by a plastic shroud bearing the Hybrid moniker. Aside from cooler options and pricing, the GTX 1080 Ti HYBRID FTW3 shares the same specs as the 1080 Ti SC2 HYBRID, Hydro Copper, and Hydro Copper SC2 graphics cards.
