Build Guide: Building An AMD Based Streaming and Gaming PC Worth 150,000PKR ($1000+)

The year of 2019 is the year of streamers, more and more people have now started streaming games on their Youtube,Twitch or Facebook channels with the goals to become the best. For beginners streaming is a great way to make friends and fan base around the globe and if you are a skilled at a particular game like PUBG,Fortnite and Apex Legends etc. The audience would absolutely love it.

But in order to stream games on higher resolutions and frames it requires a decent Processor and Graphics Card, While keeping that in we have decide to go with an AMD based system for this guide. You might be thinking why AMD? Talking about Pakistan the prices of Intel processors and supported motherboards and a bit high right now and on the other hand AMD processors offers similar performance to the counter parts but in a competitive price. For Graphics Card there isn’t much to offer by AMD as of now but they’re planning to launch their Na’vi GPU in Q3 of 2019 so for this build we have decided to go with Nvidia.

The build targets the 1080p resolution with High-Ultra presets at 60FPS+ in recent and upcoming AAA titles.

You Can Lower The Price By Swapping

Zotac GeForce RTX 2060 6GB → Zotac GeForce GTX 1060 (35,000PKR)

Here’s the finish build (AMD Ryzen 7 2700X offers more Core/Threads and more room for multi-tasking but it’s optional), All of the parts other than the CPU comes with local warranty of 1 Year (Cost of Operating System is not Included). You can find these parts cheaper than stated while buying. If you prefer other manufacturers you can always switch. The price are always subject to change as the prices increase or decrease or dollar rate changes.

AMD Ryzen 5 2600 and Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 combined will offer impressive performance and both can be overclocked which can improve the performance significantly. A modern day system is not complete without an SSD and having it as a boot drive will speed up your system. As a streamer or content creator having extra space on your computer is always good and makes the life easier, the storage will be enough for your games and important files.
