Bethesda is Being Sued Over Fallout 76

Bethesda is now being haunted by a potential lawsuit right after the disastrous launch of Fallout 76.

Migliaccio & Rathod LLP, an American law firm is currently investigating Bethesda for “refusing to issue refunds” for Fallout 76, which currently is in an unplayable state.

The firm released the following statement concerning this issue:

“While minor bugs and glitches are expected with the release of most new games, Fallout 76 launched with a 56GB patch that has proven to be but a starting point for the game’s problems.” – Migliaccio & Rathod LLP

“Gamers who have tried to receive a refund because of the game’s myriad glitches have been unable to do so since they downloaded the game, leaving them to deal with an unplayable experience until patches bring it back to a playable state.”

The firm believes it has adequate proof and documents which prove that Fallout 76 is currently in an unplayable.

Currently, the firm is looking for individuals who have received a refund from Bethesda over Fallout 76.

Those who supported the game by pre-ordering and purchasing day-one are furious at the fact that game went on sale on Black Friday – only two weeks after its release.
