Seems like AMD did not provide enough time to the manufacturers, Asrock and Sapphire still readying Radeon VII. It is still the same refference design, just slightly BIOS changes with changes of core clocks. Asrock has announced it’s Phantom Gaming variant in reference design but might be adding back-plate, a nice touch to reference PCB to as well.

Sapphire AMD Radeon Vll Edition
Apparently Sapphire has updated its official Radeon V-ll / Vega 20 Page. The clocks are 1400MHz base and 1750MHz boost-clocks which is 50MHz slower than actual reference design. The new graphics card should be on the shelves by February 7 and is priced at 699 USD.
