AMD is allegedly readying four brand new graphics cards based on its upcoming 7nm Navi This summer, AMD will be introducing it’s 4 flavours of gaming GPU’s under the Navi 16, Navi 12, Navi 10, and Navi 9 branding. The new GPU’s were discovered in Apple’s recent Mac OS Mojave Update Source Code. The file named “AMDRadeon6000HWServiceskext” lists Navi 16, Navi 12, Navi 10 and Navi 9. Navi will be the successor of Polaris that means there will be no higher-end Navi GPU’s in 2019.
In 2016, during Polaris launch Raja Koduri introduced AMD GPU’s Road-Map, Which reveals, AMD Navi will arrive some-where in 2019. We can expect the lower-end models to mid-range GPU’s if the leak courtesy of AdoredTV is accurate the RX 3080 will allegedly feature the company’s upcoming Navi 10 GPU built on TSMC’s 7nm FinFET process paired with 8GB of GDDR6 RAM at $250 USD.
