AMD Radeon RX Vega 64 VS Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080,1080Ti 3DMark Benchmarks

Before the release of AMD Radeon RX Vega 64, Many reviewers has received their first RX Vega 64 (Test Samples) along with their finalized drivers and early test performance is finally out . On this occasion, some of them step up to check the performance point the new next-Gen graphics card from AMD will gain in the famous 3DMark software.

It must be recognized that even with the variety of processors used (Intel Core i7 and AMD Ryzen 7, Ryzen Threadripper) to perform tests on Radeon RX Vega 64, the result of the Graphics Score mentioned in the tables does not depend on the performance of the processor.

Also, the stated core clock is the top frequency at which the GPU processor could work both during the test is for one to two seconds. In other words, it would be too early to determine the Overclocking effects on the performance of Radeon RX Vega 64 graphics card in the 3DMark test.

As far the results themselves, these points are quite expected if we compare them to the earlier leaked benchmarks. The Radeon RX Vega 64 is a little bit faster compared to the GeForce GTX 1080, but way behind the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti. After all, this statement is true for synthetic benchmarks and how AMD’s Vega will perform in gaming remains to be judged in the course of proper testing.

Sadly though a performance comparable to the GeForce GTX 1080, we are talking about a graphics card that will be around the same price with a reference design and it is already rumored that its price could be increase and will be sold out after the short of it release as it’s gonna be ideal for mining as miners will pick them up at the launch in huge amount.
